Prices & inclusions

Website prices are indicative brochure prices. Flights, accommodation, room-sharing basis, meals, optional activities and other services vary by journey. Review the written quotation for your departure before making payment.

Payments & cancellations

Deposits, balance deadlines, cancellation charges and refund conditions are specific to the booking. Ask for and review those conditions before confirming. No universal deposit or cancellation schedule is published here.

Changes & natural conditions

Outdoor activities, routes and timings may change with weather, road access and local conditions. Natural phenomena such as the Northern Lights cannot be guaranteed.

Your final arrangements

Confirm travel documents, entry requirements, insurance needs, activity suitability and dietary arrangements with the relevant providers before travel. SoulSteps can explain what is included in your selected programme.

Respectful travel

Follow local laws, customs and your guides’ instructions. Share any health or fitness considerations relevant to your chosen activities. Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from a journey. Travel carries risks, including circumstances outside SoulSteps’ control and services delivered by independent suppliers.
