Which journey is right for me?
Start with the travel style and itinerary. There are cultural routes, driving adventures, an Arctic journey and a women-only Korea trip. Tell us your interests, preferred pace and dates, and we can help you compare.
Can I join on my own?
Enquire as a solo traveller and we’ll explain the room-sharing arrangements and any single-room supplement for your selected departure.
How big are the groups?
Group sizes vary by journey and departure. See the trip page where a size is available, or ask us to confirm the group arrangements. We do not display live remaining-seat counts.
Dates, prices & booking
What if no departure date is listed?
Choose “Enquire for the next departure” and tell us when you’d like to go. We’ll share current options. Past brochure dates are not presented as upcoming departures.
Is the displayed price guaranteed?
Published prices are brochure prices and must be reconfirmed. Your quotation will specify the current price, room-sharing basis, inclusions and payment terms.
Are international flights included?
It depends on the trip. Norway and Korea exclude international flights. Some Japan and China programmes include flights, subject to reconfirmation. Always check your selected trip’s inclusions and final quotation.
Does an enquiry confirm a booking?
No. An enquiry starts a conversation. Your departure, price, terms and booking confirmation are arranged separately with SoulSteps.
The practical things
Can you accommodate dietary needs?
Share your requirements before booking. Korea’s programme includes specified halal meals; other journeys have their own arrangements. We will confirm what can be accommodated for the departure.
How active are the trips?
Read the pace and activity notes on each trip. Some include steps, hikes, winter conditions or driving. Tell us about any access or mobility needs so we can discuss suitability.
Are the Northern Lights guaranteed?
No. Aurora sightings depend on natural conditions. Outdoor activities and routes can also change with weather and local access.
